The Berlin actor Achim Wolff died at the age of 87 after a serious illness, as his talent agency "60Plus" confirmed on Tuesday upon inquiry.
Achim Wolff died on Tuesday surrounded by his family, as his talent agency "60Plus" announced. Born in Berlin in 1938, the actor became known to a broad television audience above all through his role as Rudi Reschke in the ZDF series "Salto Postale." He was 87 years old.
According to his agency, Wolff appeared in front of the camera in more than 100 feature films and TV productions. His body of work thus spanned decades, making him a defining face of German television. Alongside his work in front of the camera, Wolff had also been active as a director for more than 20 years.
