Investigations against two suspects

The multi-family house in Görlitz's city center collapsed on 18 May. In the days that followed, emergency workers recovered the bodies of two Romanian tourists aged 25 and 26, as well as a 48-year-old man who held both Bulgarian and German citizenship, from beneath the rubble.

As reported by MDR, citing Görlitz police spokesperson Kai Siebenäuger, police and prosecutors are now investigating a 27-year-old Polish man and a 33-year-old Afghan.
