Barn Fire in Carinthia: Two Pigs Die, Owner and Daughter Injured

The fire departments of Bad Kleinkirchheim, St. Oswald, Radenthein, Unterweng, Patergassen, St. Peter, and Reichenau were deployed. The 74-year-old barn owner and his 17-year-old daughter were injured to an undetermined degree and admitted to the hospitals in Spittal an der Drau and Villach. Investigations into the Cause of the Fire

Residents in the area around the fire site consistently reported heavy smoke development that was perceptible beyond the immediate area.
