Tehran, 01 September 2026
The Islamic Republic of Iran, according to its own statements, has killed at least eleven people in attacks on US-allied states in the region, while Washington initially refrained from commenting on the reports.
The Iranian government reported on Tuesday evening (local time) eleven dead as a result of attacks that, according to Tehran, targeted sites in Jordan and Kuwait. Both countries had, according to earlier reports, already recorded Iranian attacks in recent days. The information comes from a broadcast of the Bayern 2 Nachrichten from 2 September 2026 at 02:00.
Jordan and Kuwait were, according to the available reports, again the target of Iranian retaliatory strikes. Neither the extent nor the precise circumstances of the renewed attacks have so far been confirmed by independent sources. No information was initially available on the identity of the victims either.
