Recent Israeli strikes in Lebanon have resulted in significant casualties, while historical documents reveal details about Iran's nuclear ambitions and international responses.
According to the Lebanese Health Ministry, 22 people were killed in Israeli attacks, with eight children among the victims. The Israeli military reported targeting approximately 40 sites in southern and eastern Lebanon.
The conflict has displaced around 1.2 million people in Lebanon since early March, with 2,896 reported deaths. On the Israeli side, 17 soldiers and two civilians have died in the clashes.
A Lebanese government official stated that their delegation is pushing for a ceasefire 'that Israel implements,' emphasizing the need for de-escalation.
