A roof fire in Klosterneuburg (district of Tulln) on Thursday afternoon, July 9, 2026, triggered the deployment of more than 100 firefighters and led to the closure of the B 14.

The fire broke out on Thursday at around 3:30 p.m. in the roof structure of a building in Klosterneuburg. As Florian Öllerer from the Tulln district command reported, multiple fire departments from the Klosterneuburg section were deployed, including at Kierlingerstraße.

Coordination was handled by the Tulln district command. The emergency services from the Tullnerfeld area arrived with a larger number of personnel in order to locate the fire in the roof area and prevent it from spreading to adjacent parts of the building. According to the responders, the firefighting efforts focused on the affected roof structure.
