The San Antonio Spurs defeated the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder 111-103 in a decisive Game 7 on Saturday night to win the Western Conference finals and advance to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2014.

Victor Wembanyama led the Spurs with 22 points, while Julian Champagnie added 20 points, including 18 from three-point range. Stephon Castle scored 16 points, De'Aaron Fox contributed 15, and Dylan Harper finished with 12. Keldon Johnson and Devin Vassell each chipped in 11 points in a balanced offensive effort.
