After the discovery of a lifeless stand-up paddler in the Wallersee in Henndorf am Wallersee in the state of Salzburg, rescue workers were unable to save the man on Thursday despite intensive resuscitation.

On Thursday, a lifeless stand-up paddler was recovered from the water in the Wallersee in the municipal area of Henndorf am Wallersee in the state of Salzburg. Following the recovery, the emergency services immediately initiated resuscitation measures, according to the information available. Despite the rapid response, however, the efforts were unsuccessful.

According to the Red Cross, which was involved in the operation, the paramedics and the emergency physician were unable to revive the man even after approximately 40 minutes of resuscitation.
