According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyj, Ukraine has attacked an arms factory in the Russian region of Penza as well as a refinery in the Urals with drones, while warnings are being issued in Russia of a "significant threat" from further attacks.

Background of the attacks

According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyj, the Ukrainian armed forces have attacked an arms factory in the Russian region of Penza with drones. Penza lies southeast of Moscow and is roughly 500 kilometers from Ukraine. Photos on social networks showed the debris of the structure in a river valley about 20 kilometers north of the port city of Mariupol on the Sea of Azov.
