According to reports from Moscow, several drones were launched at targets in the republic of Tatarstan during the night of August 10, 2026. The capital Kazan and the city of Nizhnekamsk were affected, where at least one person was killed, according to Russian statements.

The governor of the region, Radiy Fatakhov, spoke of an attack on industrial and infrastructure facilities. Emergency services were deployed, and the situation was being assessed.
