Ukrainian drone attacks cripple Rosneft refinery in Syzran – one dead and three injured

The refinery in Syzran belongs to the state oil company Rosneft and, according to the company, produces gasoline, diesel and kerosene as well as other products. Its processing capacity stands at 8.5 million tons per year, making it one of the larger facilities in the Russian oil industry. As recently as the end of May, the facility had been temporarily taken offline after an attack; now it has once again suffered a multi-day shutdown.
