The state-owned airline Air China and a subsidiary have ordered 55 wide-body and narrow-body jets worth a total of around 12.4 billion dollars from the world's largest aircraft manufacturer, Airbus, as the company announced on July 17, 2026.
The order comprises A350 and A320neo aircraft. According to the manufacturer, delivery of the jets is scheduled for the period from 2029 to 2032. Airbus describes itself as the world's largest aircraft manufacturer.
