Kitzbühel, July 19, 2026

The 27-year-old Lower Austrian Jurij Rodionov qualified on Sunday for the main draw of the Generali Open in Kitzbühel with a 6-4, 7-6 (7-4) victory over Ukraine's Witalij Saschko.

This marks the fourth main-draw appearance at the ATP 250 tournament in Kitzbühel for the Weinviertel native with Belarusian roots. His previous main-draw participation dated back to 2022; now the ÖTV player has returned to the main draw after a three-year absence.

Rodionov had to come through two qualifying rounds before securing his spot in the main draw. The Austrian decided the duel against Saschko in his favor in two sets. He won the tiebreak of the second set convincingly at 7-4.
