Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has declared that peace in the war against Russia can only be achieved by autumn if drone strikes, sanctions and diplomatic pressure are combined.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has described pressure on Moscow as the central prerequisite for peace negotiations by autumn. Ukrainian medium- and long-range drone strikes, foreign sanctions and diplomatic efforts must work together "to leave Russia no alternative to peace," he said.

With this formulation, Zelensky linked military, economic and political levers into a common approach. He thereby underscored the importance of a coordinated strategy toward the Kremlin that connects offensives coming from Kyiv with Western measures.
