28-year-old German paraglider dies in crash in Stubai Valley

After the 24-year-old's canopy apparently collapsed, the man plunged vertically into the lake from a height of around 25 meters, according to the police. The man was then given initial medical care on the shore by the crew of an emergency medical helicopter and subsequently flown to the Innsbruck clinic.
